Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your order details.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed plumbing parts
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
